I have only been here a couple of months now, and I just don't know why everyone is writing all of these bad reviews! Since I have been here, I have dealt with three different people in the office. Two of them have been friendly each time. They still greet me by name and ask me if I need anything. The other person I dealt with was by no means rude, but was maybe a little bit cold. I have had two issues since I moved in and both times they were quickly taken care of. There had also been a lot of kids running around, yelling and throwing rocks. Apparently someone else complained because I came home and there was a notice on the doors telling everyone the kids must be supervised and there have been no problems since.

The bottom line is this...you get what you give...treat those in the office with respect and you'll also be treated with respect. Treat them rudely and you're bound to be treated the same way. Pay your rent on time and follow the rules and you'll be fine.

If there is a complaint I can make - it is that the walls are a bit thin. Also, some of the tenants leave something to be desired.

My apartment is very nice - I can't comment on others because I haven't been in them.

I think Carly may have been the one that seemed a bit cold to me (not positive though), but she really wasn't that bad - Just not nearly as friendly as the others in the office. Other than that, no major complaints yet. - Oh, except for the pond by my apartment - it's always got trash and other things in it. It looks pretty bad at times.
