i have visited the property and seemed to be interested. they are fairly smalller than i wanteed but they have wd...all electric and the leasing girl seemed to be very polite. i liked that they was storage on the deck too so noone can mess with it in the basement like ive had before. my storage and wd would be right there instead of teh basement the fitness place was nice and they also have garages. at 670 u cant beatt aht price.. its a debate between praire lakes andd shawnee staion which one should i choose''''''''' btu gues what they are owned by the same ppl this is hard!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I've lived at Shawnee Station for nearly a year now, and I have had no problems. The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly (at least to me, I've read other reviews that say otherwise). The only downside of living here is that some of the neighbors leave something to be desired, but they're not that bad I suppose. Assuming they don't raise my rent by much, I'll probably be renewing my lease for another year.
