I have lived here for years and it wasn't until this new management that I have experienced pure profesionalism. I love my apartment and the grounds are very well taken care of. But the office staff seem to be on the lower level when it comes to business education.

They have lost records from tenant files, they have also lost packages delivered through the mail, and their accounting skills have to be the worst.

One of the many things that I do love about this community are the rules. Although...they don't enforce the ones that have anything to do with safety. They are to concerned with the color of your curtains. I don't find parking to be a problem...just get a garage or car port if you can.

I've hardly had to call the mainenance in all the time that I've been here, but they do respond in a very timely manner. The heating and air conditioning is great.

Other than the management team and some of the non-working neighbors...this place is great.

I lived at Shawnee Station Apartments for two years. I never had a problem with the staff and the apartment I had was very nice. As the person above stated, they also lost one of my packages delivered to the office, but a few days later they called me up and said they found it. The only negative things I have to complain about is that some of the neighbors are very loud and also there were constantly kids playing on the stairs/entrance ways to the apartments. Other than that, I recommend these apartments. I just moved because I lost my job.

I currently live at Shawnee Station and I have not experienced any thing this person is talk about. The ladies in the office is always friendly & polite they even sometimes go above & beyond to provide good service to the residents. Maybe this person has received complaints from the office and is upset, because the office do enforce the community rules. Shawnee Station is a great place to live.....and to the write you should not be so negative.

i currently live at shawnee stations and i am moving for other reasons than my dissatisfaction with these apts but i would not stay another year if you paid me!! it started off rocky when they gave my apt to someone else, then for the first few months did nothing but complain about my dog barking and my visitors. it finally got better when i called the office and told them i had enough of their pettiness. until recently like she said previously they are concerned about apt appearance which is good i guess but i don't think anyone takes it seriously since almost every week there is a note about some new rule they have made up. then a mishap upstairs with the maintainance caused a huge leak that the wonderful maintainance had no clue how to fix and kept making excuses for 2 weeks! then finally cut a hole in my ceiling that i had to live with for almost a month. and if all that was not enough to ruffle my feathers, now since the weather is warm i have roaches in the hundreds! i have called the office to spray almost every week and i don't know what they are spraying but i think the roaches like it!! i do not recommend living here!!
