I never lived there, but I took a tour, and wasnt even greeted! Finally a crabby guy got up from his desk, like I had bothered him!Please! Then asked if what I wanted! He never bothered introducing himself, or interested in who I was or what my apartment needs were! He then gave us a fast and confusing tour, by the way he nearly knocked me off the golf cart b/c he was driving so fast, trying to get the tour over with so he could get back to playing solitare on his computer! Needless to say he was stuck up and he was also everything that a leasing or so called "manager" should not be! I loved the apartments, but who would want to be treated like white trash during your lease! To say the least I never want to be treated as badly as I was treated that day. Please don't waste your time trying to get customer service there, it wont work! Luxury' Not by their standards!
