Nice apartment but staff needs some work

The apartment is wonderful, spacious, and well layed out. However, the staff in the office is far from polite and inviting. I have yet to make a call to them and have them be polite, or even seem a little interested in me and or the issue I am calling on. Not to mention the manager has his wife around and she is changing their childs diaper when he is talking over the apartmen with potential tenants. Not to mention I have been asked several times by the manager and leasing agent if I lived there. How many times do you have to see someone for them to remember you. Hell the manager is the one who leased the apartment to me.
So if you are looking for a nice apartment these are excellent but customer service, well they don't have any.
