Overall the apartments are upscale and the grounds are very nice all year long. As with any apartment noise can be an issue, after having experienced an issue with the people living below me and making a complaint with the office, I invited the manager to my apartment one morning when the music had been playing since 3am, at which point the police had to be called and they were evicted. There is a wonderful pool and hot tub however both are closed in the winter. The work out room is great, the equipment is new and clean and the room itself is large with good lighting. Parking can be somewhat of a problem once in a while if you do not pay an extra $50.00 for a garage, although most of the time there is no problem.

In regards to the apartment itself, they are built well however the heating and cooling system in my apartment only pushes air from two vents and nothing could be done maintenance to correct the problem. Please note that my apartment does stay both heated and cooled with only the two vents although the air system is loud when running at night.
