Here is a list of Why I hated Sedona Point:
1. I can't walk alone outside at night
2. I can't walk outside alone during the day without feeling someone's eyes on me
3.The maintenance is terrible. They never took care of the problems in my apartment and they didn't know what the hell they were doing
4. Debbie: She is the rudest leasing agent I had ever come across and the fact that she still has a job there makes me sick
5. If you have a question for the office it isn't until you've called them 6 or 7 times until you finally get an answer.
6. There pool is green and has hair floating in it.
7. People don't know how to park.
8. They are called "The Ghetto of Johnson County" I know why now!
9. this is not a safe place if you have children or if customer service is what you're looking for.
10. The trash is always over flowing so there is trash all over the lawn and parking lots.

I have kept this clean but I swear I willnever have anything good to say about Sedona Point EVER in my life They are crappy, smelly, trashy, and they have the rudest leasing agents around. Teh only peole I ever liked were Deana, Rita, and I use to like Katherine bbut ever since Debbie started working there she has become just as mean and rude. You know people paid to live there the least they can do is show them some respect. After all the residents do pay their paychecks!
