I would strongly reccomend you look else where for a place to live. My family and I lived there for about 9mo. 7mo's of that time we were in a bottom floor apt. that had a crack in the foundation in the master bedroom closet, whenever it would rain the carpet would get soaked, the wood trim was rotting away and it smelled of mold/mildew. I called for months trying to get something done and finally I spoke with the manager and she had us moved into another another ground floor apt. which was ust as bad. We had a flooded toilet above us that flooded our bathroom and hall. They waited until the next day to come suck the toilet water out of our carpet and didn't even shampoo it so it smelled of urine and fecal matter. There were ALWAYS bugs in our apt. (roaches, ants, spiders...etc) Nothing was ever done so we took matters into our own hands and bought bug bombing chemicals which would work for a week or so and right back they would be. Oh, this may be the worst yet, our oven quit on Valentines day in 2005, called EVERY DAY for THREE weeks and was promised someone would be out to check on it immediatley, when they finally DID come the idiots took off the face plate to the oven, said that it needed a new curcit board and left the wires exposed, I had assumed they had truned the power off to it, 3 days later my husband walked past the exposed wires and got shocked!!!! The maintenence men didn't even know what they were doing!!! I have two children who could have just as easily walked past and gotten shocked and probably would have had to go to the E.R. This is the WORST place ever!!!!!! The staff will be as wonderful as possible to get you in and once you are, you're on your own with a HODRRIBLE apt.
