I currently live here... and have had NOTHING but problems!! They REFUSE to fix anything and the roof has leaked in my living room since the day I moved in. Whenever it rains I spend all night changing buckets of water. I am pregnant and there was mold growing in the ceiling. NOW there is this horrible sewage smell in our apartment. It has been this way for weeks and we cant get them to send anyone to check it out. DO NOT move here if you dont want to pay them for NOTHING!! When I told them the leaking roof had ruined over 300 dollars worth of stuff their reply was "oh.. well guess you should get insurance". The office staff is not only rude.. they also dont know what they are talking about! They lie and tell you somone will come fix it but no one ever shows up! Please go somewhere.. ANYWHERE else but here.
