this place is the worst around. i called EMERGENCY maintenance sat. night because my toilet wouldnt stop backing up and wouldnt unclog, to have a guy answer and say i am not on the property, but i will come there right now. we had left and came back at about 1 am and there was no sign that anyone came to fix anything, we went into the bathroom just to find everything the way that we had left it. THEN the maintenance guy has the nerve to show up THE NEXT DAY and ask us if we needed help. by that time we had already fixed it ourselves. this place is ridiculous and horrible. kathryn is one of the worst people to deal with she will dodge you like noone else. theres always an excuse that shes not there when something needs to be handled if you are even THINKING about living here DONT!!!!!! it is the worst place ever you would be better off going somewhere else and paying more money than living here..i hope that this place gets SHUT DOWN!!!
