If wanted be treated like a second rate citzen, move to Valencia Hills. The management is direspected, unprofessional, TIRANTS who show no compassion, or common sense!

In the long run you end up paying MORE thanks to there being absolutely NO INSULATION and out of pocket expenses to combat cockroaches or just about any other thing that needs fixing. So, unfortunately, You DO NOT EVEN Get What You Pay For!

I totally agree, I no longer live there but did for a year and a half...it was the worst experience of my life!!! I was on the first floor, had roaches, mice, and some strange man peering into my bedroom window in the middle of the night. Management sucks, maintenance NEVER came to my apt in the whole year and a half of me living there...even though I called for them countless times...
