I am a current resident here at Valencia Hills....We have had problems as you do in any house or apartment you live in!!!! TC, Hope, Dana, and Gloria are nice people and help us with what we need. Yes it may take awhile, but it gets fixed!!! They are fixing stuff up but when residents like all of you who have posted something on here said, the RESIDENTS tear it up. You don't see the office staff or maintenace coming into your home or walking on the property breaking doors, throwing trash, etc. Maybe they should have evicted you wonderful people long before and keep the ones who care about themselves and where they live!!! Remember you are judged based on how you speak and those of you who have spoken here on the website are judged as funny...in a special way and good luck to you!!!!

Nice of of the office staff to post thier own reveiw. Nice try.... I have had the same wonderful experiences. This place is a dump and they know it and so are the people working in the office. They have no idea what customer service or customer satisfaction is. I have live here since 2001 and been through all the changes and the new office staff is not any more helpful than the previous office help. I think its because of poor training. You talk about something that they have no knowledge of and try to cut the conversation short when all you need is a simple work order. Good luck if you live here.

kudos last response. original poster knows whole office staff (of this month) by name... how obvious, and stupid! would anyone in their right mind consider that a credible and unbiased assessment of this ghetto? not to mention that none but the core tyrants of the staff stick around very long. REALLY bad when they can't even PAY someone to stay here. just us "funny" and "special" tenants who are stuck in a lease.

for one yes they do go in your apt without notice i saw the mantnice puttingb in the new stoves about time in my naboris 2 of them in there for 4 hours now do you really think that was all they were doing alsso many things have come up missing in my home! we have been more than nice and for your info all the staff quit because they said that some f*****d up stuff was going on and it was not right so tell me again how great this place is???? do you work here or something?

Wow peaches, you sound really educated. Gotta love those low income trashy people!! I gotta tell you I have been in the apartment management biz for about 7 Years now and it is sooo fun to check out all the funny, ignorant, low income comments scummy renters have to say after THEY have somehow phucked up and paid rent late, trashed the place, didn't have maintenance respond in 2 minutes to their requests or whatever rude things you guys did to get so mad that you would get petty and blame other peopl for you mistakes. You guys make me smile. Gotta love the uneducated population in Johnson County (FYI I worked at SEDONA POINT about 3 years ago I acually enjoyed my time there and so those of you that are actually really looking for a place to live apartmentratings.com is what pissed off residents get on to when they are pissed and bored (most don't have jobs they tend to eat our tax money!) Most story on this thing about any apartments are just --------. And though some might stem from truths alot is made up)
