ok for starters it took them 2-3 months to even geet us in an apt then the lady was cashing in our money orders for her, there is sooo many roches ,nothing gets fixed, only 1 good mantnice guy the others dont even knock just walk in (8am this morning) RUDE office laydies!!!!!!! do not know what they are doning never seam to have an answer for anything if they do it is the worng info i have walked in and the main one would have her feet on the desk and after she was done talking to h er friend about the "party" from the other night she would look up raise an eyebrow and say can i hellllp youuu'''' they had our car wrongfuly towed 5 familys to 1 apt all with cars wich leaves people who pay rent no parking spot. i have never been late on rent allways been a great tenet, been here almost 1 half years, manager told me she did not want to deal with my nastyness and baned me frome the office because she got mad and said what do i have to put sighns up everyware (refering to no parking )' i told her yes she does. facilites= broke nothing works pool nor gym playground was broke and very unsafe so i went to home depo after reporting it for nearly 11 months and i fixed it myself. maneger was awfule brandi is only human one there, the office people also declared that they saw pics of our car whice i find strange because we never told them what kind of car we had nor did they even know what street we where parked on. also the tow company did not even have a pic of our car only of another one so how the heck did the office sighn off on our car' im also baned from the office when that is where the brocken facilities are that im paying for if they where to ever get them fixed (have not worked since i moved in) then what i cant use them or what' they also will not give me my rent recites they say it is on their records, i wouod like some for my own thow. monkeys could do a better job then them. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

In response to the post above - cars that are parked at Valencia Hills, are never wrongfully towed, first off. We have numerous of signs posted, which has been pointed out to residents, that state "No Parking" or "No Parking on Grass". Each individual car that is towed from our property has its picture taken. We do not allow and company to take a residents vehicle unless they can show proof that each vehicle has violated our rules. Want proof for yourself??? The tow company uploads each and every picture onto their system - ask them to view it. As for the "rude" staff. I would not say that "rude" would be the right word to use. Tolerant - yes. We do not "ban" (as you say) people from the office. Unless someone has done harm to the staff or the the property in anyway, we cannot, physically, ban someone from entering into the office. We will ask you to leave if you do become hostile with anyone in the office such as using bad language towards the property manager (ex. "Why do you get your fat --- down there.."). I believe that may be the reason why you could have been asked to leave. We do not tolerate foul language, rude behavior, or disrespect. Would you talk to your boss or family member the way you have talked to us? As for the playground not being repaired; keep in mind that we do have new office staff and neither one of the staff members has had a complaint about the playground being broken. This would have been the first time we have heard about it. If someone lets us know that it needs to be repaired, we would have maintenance repair it for you. We do write up work orders for broken items not included in the apartment. You stated you needed a rent reciept?? We do complete those in the office. Regardless of whether you place your rent in the drop box or in the office, we ALWAYS write you a reciept. If momey is placed in the drop box, and you would like a reciept, all you would have to do is call the office, make sure we have recieved your money, and just let us know that you will be by the office later to pick up a reciept. When you arrive, we will write one for you. Please note that a reciept is not only a good record for you to keep, of the rent you have paid, but a record for us as well - That way if there is a discrepancy, all we will need to do is look back through our reciept records and figure out a solution. If you want a reciept, just ask. We NEVER tell a resident "We have it on record, dont worry about it". If you prefer to have a record for yourself, we will provide you with one. I always have, with every resident that has asked for one. All in all, if you have a problem with someone from the office, a problem with the property, or a problem with a situation at hand, discuss these issues, like an adult, with any member of the team and we will talk to you like an adult. But become disrespectful and rude, and nothing will get solved. That has always been the rule of living life.

Wow Sounds like someone went nuts on the office staff!! you sound really educated. I have to tell you I have been in the apartment management biz for about 7 Years now and it is sooo fun to check out all the funny, ignorant comments that the low income scummy renters have to say after THEY have somehow phucked up and paid rent late, trashed the place (or in most cases their wild ill mannered kids have destroyed something inside their home and maintenance didn't respond within 5 minutes. (because most people are selfish and don't think about work orders being done in the order in which they are recieved they think that they are "special"or whatever rude things you guys did to get so mad that you would get petty and blame other people for your mistakes. You guys make me smile. Gotta love the uneducated population in Johnson County.
FYI: I worked at SEDONA POINT about 3 years ago I acually enjoyed my time there at every apartment complex there is nice handful of of really ignorant bitchy people that think that their special and have to be pain in the ass's. Let me tell those of you that there is a number of people that work in the apartment busness that can really see right and wrong and really do try to help(and might I remind you that we are at work, making money to take care of our familys) and If you have had a job the last thing you want is some stupid ----- in your face getting mad at you for phucked up shiot when you are trying to help them.
For those of you that are actually really looking for a place to live apartmentratings.com is what pissed off residents get on to when they are bored and angry (most don't have jobs and they are bored) Most storys on this thing about whatever apartment you are looking at are just --------. And though some might stem from truths alot is made up)
Another FYI: at most communitys especially large ones like Valencia emergency work order have priority over all other work orders. Non-emergency work orders at many communitys can take a few days to get a response depending on the amount that there is to be done. Wow, thats not really to hard to understand is it???

Brandy and Tom are the biggest dumbasses ever. I am surprised thier mother didnt try putting them back in saying "somethings wrong here" Dont try to get on Toms good side he will just stab you in the back when things get bad. Im real surprised he is even still employed as he got in a physical dispute with a tennant and burned a building down using wrong tool for the job what a dumbass. With the staff they have youd be better of living in a box.
