I Love This Place - Nieman Square is conveniently located, and it is an awesome place to stay. The rent is very affordable. Maintenance is excellent. Great if you are single or retired. God awful parking. Had to pay extra for an assigned parking spot just to have someone else park in it every night. Parking lot was concrete but looked more like a gravel lot. Gated community but gates are left open half of the year. The walls inside the apt.
