My only concerns Three Complains
1. Two useless cars in the parking lot, one of then since I moved in Sept 2010 and the other one two months ago.
2. The pool in the back of my apartment is closed they said that they have to fix something but no ones is working on it.
3. Young or College people

Great apartments!! I love living at Hampton woods. I have never had any issues here. I feel very safe here and the staff is always so friendly. If I ever have a maintenance request then it is fulfilled within a day or two. I would definitely recommend living here!!
