Awful place to live!

I lived at these apartments for over a year. They are falling apart and the maintenance does everything half way. My heater broke in the middle of the winter and it took them two days to fix it. I would think heat not working during a Kansas winter would be top priority, but everytime I called I got the run around. The manager, Shirly is a complete -----. she does nothing to allieviate problems, all she does is tell people what they want to hear to shut them up. She is also a complete RACIST. Shirly personally told me that they rent to ex-felons even though they are not supposed to. They are cheap and that causes a lot of low life people and drug dealers to live there. I strongly reccomend to anyone that they spend a little bit more money and live somewhere else in the neighborhood. It's on a nice side of town, but you feel like it isn't because of the staff.
