Shirley is rude and defensive

The Manager, Shirley, is a rude individual. Overall, Brookwood Terrace is a clean and affordable place to live for those on a strict budget, however, it is not worth having to put up with noisy and inconsiderate neighbors and when you bring the problem to Shirley she tells you that she will handle the problem, however, she doesn't follow thru with her plan of action. She never has since I've lived here. She says one thing but turns right around and does something else or instructs her maintenance crew one thing and then when you repeat what she promised you or what she told you she denies it and says that is not what she said or promised.
In my opinion, if you want to put up with all of the activity in the area, rude and noisy neighbors and a manager that is less than forthright.......move in to Brookwood Terrace.

I know this is a very old post and none of the others are good. I have not lived there but I have had a friend live there who liked it a lot. I know for a fact that Shirley and the maintenance crew this is referring to are no longer working there. I know the maintenance man personally from working with him in the past and also the new office staff. both are friendly and get things done in a timely matter. so give this place a chance rather than going off of something some one posted so long ago.
