First - it's hot in the summer. The air does not work. It may blow coolish air, but it does not cool the apartment. Second, in the winter, it isn't very warm. Windows are drafty. Loud music. Loud neighbors. Management is not available, don't seem to care, and hard to work with. The price used to be good, but the heating/cooling system is so old, I've paid over $100 each month for the past year in utilities that the apt says you have to pay. It's one really old system for the entire property, and they don't want to replace it. Also, there is dog poop everywhere, the maintenance people don't pick it up, it just sits ther. I would not recommend this property.
