I really hope that if your reading this you have not already signed any paper work that will keep you at these apartments. These are the worst apartments in Topeka! I lived in the El Dorado apartments for a year and it was the worst experience i have ever had!! The staff and maintenance are all so unhelpful and will say anything to get you to move here then turn there backs on you when you need something. The A/C is a joke and the hot water barely works. The manager of these apartments ------------- is very unprofessional and should not be allowed to rent apartments. Do not believe anything this man says he is a scam artist!! I would not recommend moving here unless it is your last resort..
