The Embassy-Eldorado has the worst managment staff in the world. I have complained to the manager ------ about numerous problems such as; running bath tub faucet, the A/C (sucks) etc. He has yet to fix anything in the apartment and the maintence guys also dislike ------ as much as the tenants. ------ is a scam/con artist, he rips you off by charging you for the lighting outside of the building which you have no control over. Also, he charges the tenants 100^ or more for A/C and the heater "Which both do not work". ------ has just bought a new car with the extra money that he had made from us. He has even tried to charge the current maintence guy 430$ for gas, and the maintence guy is not suppose to pay for anything. He has sexual harrased his secretary's, which since i've been living here for a year he has had 5 secretarys and many more maintence guys. ------ thinks he is fooling everyone around him but he has something else coming. "He is also charging me 250$ for a darn screen door becuase the door blew off when we had a storm. A screen door at lowes cost 60$ what a scam." I will be taking Rober and the managment to Court very soon. For the ridiculous price of utlities and for not fixing anything in my apartment that a landlord should. I will also start a protest with other tenants that feel the samy way that i do. Trust me that is everyone who lives there.
