since i know the exact person complaining i will be more than happy to discuss here what was already discussed in person. 1: the leasing agents in the past quit because they had children and we do not offer benefits. 2: the maintenance man does not pay it is part of his salary. 3: the storm door we use do cost $249.95 before tax these are the only doors authorized by the owner. 3:the kansas board on tenent relations has determined that master metered properties can charge residents on a square footage basis the utility cost on a property. 4: yes we have had problems with maintenance staff but all problems have been addressed and fixed. 5: since i don't want to use your name in this response i will say that i can counter sue for slander i know because i have checked with our lawyer. i am sorry that the rules and regulations set forth by the resent ownership is not to everyone's liking but so long as i work here i must enforce the rules. a person does not have to stay past their current contract if they are disatisfied; remember that this is a buisness and personal feelings about me have little to do with work am not here to win a popularity contest. by the way i have bought a new vehicle and how i spend my salary is not anyones buisness thank-you. i only am payed my salary i donot receive any profit sharing from the buisness. p.s. a person should read their lease before they sign because a contract is inforced to the letter especially the part that a resident is responsible for any damage, etc. caused by an act or omission by the resident sorry

Hmmm, I thought that if a post is made anonymously it is supposed to be by a former or prospective tenant, not by office staff or the manager. The managers are supposed to register as such. I am apalled that anyone would address someone on here about slander and threaten to sue, that is what the court systems are for. This site is created so people can voice their true opinions without the interference of the staff in inappropriate ways. If you really want to reply to their message it would be done by registering as the actual manager.
