First off, the new owner has a woman in charge that does not do the things she should. She is always outside fighting with tennents. She has been in the apartments late at night in tennents homes. I could go on but i won't. The apartments are not cleaned before you move in. In fact my children were sick a lot because of the apartment. If you live upstairs anything that happens downstairs (smell wise) wafts upstairs. people don't park the way they should, even the manager parks where she wants to (On the side of the building). We have a 3 bedroom and can't stand it here. Please don't move here!

this is oh so true. they even have this chick hunt down dogs..lol it is kinda funny to watch. they don't do anything to peeps who are breaking the lease but she might be doing extra for them. plus we can't have grills but she lets 5333 #1 have an grill we can't

Well, I think for having as many apts as SHE does, she does it quite well. Something wrong with a woman doing the job? Are you both men? I know when we had the power outage at the beginning of the year, she brought us firewood and made sure my roommates and I were okay. When I have had toilet problems and my dishwasher went bad, I did not have a problem calling her. The last place I lived, they acted like I did it on purpose. SHE didn't. In some of the buildings, I think we have parking problems, but that is on the tenants(Not Tennents), not on her. I think we should have grills, maybe its a code violation? When I go pay my rent, I notice that there is only ONE person running this place. My last place had 1 main mgr, 1 asst and then an extra helper when needed. Dont be so hard on her. I have had to call Sandie for disruptions and she has been out a few times AT NIGHT to come take care of noise disturbances. Maybe I should have called the police instead? She took care of it. If you haters don't like the place, then move if you have not already. The price is good for the sq footage of these apts. Sandie has an emergency number in case she is not there or on the property. She ALWAYS answers. Never had a problem getting a hold of her. Maybe the new owner needs to get a couple more staff members in there to help her out. Give her a break. Maybe a MAN could do the job better? Maybe YOU? She might be taking applications.

To whom this is complaining about the grills, maybe if you learn to live life a little more, and learn to ask questions to make sure of things before breaking any rule, anyone can find out the answer on behalf of a question. Example: There are many people who may smoke and should be going outside of there home to do it so that it won't travel throught each others vents from home to home, well guess what, I know of some that don't. We have not had any problems other than a few fixings, and at least twice a week I see her and other crew always working outside to keep Hillsdale looking nice. If you take a look at other apartments out there they look straight like crap. We have mulch as decor around the bushes and trees, grass always cut and etc.. maybe if we all help her out as our Hillsdale community should maybe she could be in her office at times rather than out on the property taking care of business by herself like a strong woman does. Don't blame her for what anybody does, damn she's not there 24/7. And as for Sandy's rule, no chargoal grills only gas or propain. Keep up the good work Sandy, you are a strong woman.

Ive lived here for about a year now and havent had any problems.I think sandy is a nice lady.I see her showing apts all the time and she is always courteous.She knows me by name and that makes me feel good.I have lived in a few places where they could pass me on the street and not realize I lived at their apartments.She is the reason I decided to rent here.She made me feel welcomed instead of just sign here and there's your key.To the persons that stated that they were brought fire wood this year, that is a wonderful thing.I havent seen that kindness anywhere else. I think she runs that office good.It does look like she could use some help.I dont know how many apartments there are but it looks like alot.Maybe 75 or more.Thats alot for one person to do.And to run it as good as she does shows what a leader she is.Im glad I live here and will continue to live here as long as she is here.Keep up the good work.

We like Sandy 2. I see her out a lot helping ppl and she always honks if she sees me or my kids outside. This is a good place to live is ppl give it a chance. We live back around near the childrens school is so we dont get a lot of noise except for kids during the day but usually we are working unless we are sick. I don't think its good that the childrens school can use part of the driveway as entrance to their school. So whats the scoop on us having a grill? Only gas or propane? Keep up the good work Sandy, we believe in ya too.

thank God the ----- is gone! the new manager is much better, sense she's been there we actually have people to fix things. and better tennents are comming in now. this place is improving!!!! and no more tennents are living there for free!!!
