I just want others to know that I moved in to the Mariposa Townhomes earlier this year and really enjoy living here. The manager and her staff have always taken care of my needs within my townhome. They go above and beyond in my opinion when it comes to taking care of business. I can tell that the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since I moved in as the unruly children seem to be gone, the neighbors are nice and speak to you when you are outside with the dog or watering your plants and I have yet to see a broken down car as the previous post suggested. On the parking comment, I have to admit there are a lot of cars on the street which suggests to me that not everyone is using their attached garage to house their vehicle. Perhaps there are roommates in some townhomes and that is why there are vehicles on the streets. Maintenance is complete and correct each time I have reported something amiss and I enjoy living here. Don't run and hide as you may miss a wonderful experience
