Really needs help

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
*the hot water heater was broken...3 months to fix

*water main broke. Tore up concrete patio. Took 1 month to fix. 2 days w/o water.

*cigarette smoke through the vents to all apts. I was told I was imagining it.

*Maintenence guy used his key before ringing the bell and walked in on me in bed. Wasn't even apologized to.

*when you live streetside, there isn't any assigned parking and no outside lighting.
