Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Have lived here over almost two years.
The Maintenance staff have been VERY punctual with our repairs ( usually no longer than a day )
The Management staff are VERY friendly and understanding. Willing to work with you and always polite.
I have recommended this complex to several friends and relatives looking...two have moved in here as well.
MY ONLY COMPLAINT....on occasion you can smell cigarette smoke from the neighboring townhouses 'filtering' into the upstairs...annoying!
