Noisy and Cheap

The walls in this place are paper thin. Everything from the neighbor's television to the constant traffic outside can be heard within the apartment. The appliances are a huge nuissance. The dishwasher has broken 3 of my glasses, and melted two plastic tupperware lids! The refridgerator shelves also won't stay in place. The rent is cheap, but definitely expect to get what you pay for and nothing more.
