I live in Raintree Apartments for over a year. My dad and my mom lived there when they were dating and my dad said the apartments are still as good as they were when he lived in them. I had no problem with my apartment, the rent was definitely affordable, the office staff was attentive. If I ever had something that needed fixed they were there. I had problems with my neighbors upstairs being loud, but that wasn't the apartment complexes fault. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
