I would not recommend these apartments to anyone especially single women. I lived there for 2 months and then was forced to move due to a very shady character that lived above me in combination with a member of Raintree staff that handled a situation at 2 in the morning very poorly. This combination made me feel very unsafe as well as uncomfortable in my own apartment. I was forced to live with friends until I could move to another apartment complex and when getting items from my apartment until the move I can not go in there without someone accompanying me. The managers were very helpful and understanding; however I will carry this awful experience with me and has been a very hard time as well as hassle to deal with. I would recommend to check out your neighbors and who on the staff has key access to your apartment and on what grounds they may enter your apartment.
