I thought that the Raintree seem very nice. The grounds are lovely, the pool is excellent, and the management are honest as far as management goes. I viewed 4 different properties before moving in and was told that the pest control people come in every other month to spray, that there have been some mold problems but that if you see them to call maintenance and they will get it resolved promptly, and that the rooms all get shampooed and repainted before you move in. I was highly impressed with the management and the cleanliness of the apartments for the price. The two bedroom apartments are fairly spacious and very clean. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
