Raintree Apartments are not the newest in town, i believe they were built sometime in the 80's, but they have been renivated a few times and look nice. The laundry facilites are in the bottom floor of each building, and normally are busy being used by other tennants. I never hear the neighbors and i feel safe and comfortable in my home. The apartments can be as nice as you choose to make them. They have real tile in the bathrooms, something i enjoy..though my sink is a shell shape and pale green, oh well i guess it adds character. I do not like the wall paper, but the place has a nice charm to it. Its a great place for students.
