I have lived at this apartment for a year. Managements especially Bobbie JOE is very rude, unprofessional and poor communication skills. She lied to us on our move in of the rent amount, this place is ideal for someone who wants to squander his/her money around, for what you pay here it s not worth it, on top of that they are very energy inefficient from design perspectives, you will pay for HUGE electrical bill & water & more. And on move out WATCH OUT, they will stick with you huge sums of money for "maintenance or frivolous" issues, even when you leave the place same or better than you found it- it s their way of recouping rent for that month the place is vacant. This is very unscrupulous business, I will not recommend to anyone.
