I am very unhappy with these apartments! I moved in in JUNE and had a list of things for maintenance to fix... including a broken kitchen sink...and they have yet to fix a single thing... however maintenance HAS come into our apartment more than once WITHOUT notice..AND they turned on our air conditioner while we were out of town for a week afterwards!!!! they tried walking in the other day while I was at home with my small child alone and I am 8 months pregnant... they never called... just tried to enter without permission to 'change a light' I CAN DO THAT MYSELF! besides... I don't have any lights that need to be fixed! I do not recomend ANYONE move here! the place was well kept when we moved in... and now that they had the roofs redone, there is TAR EVERYWHERE... and the workers leave their tools EVERYWHERE for my 3 year old to find! including nasty buckets of tar! and ladders leaning against buildings! don't move here!!! I WANT OUT!!!
