Maintainence sucks; half-assed when fixing things; bitchy manager; trees leave sap on every car (unless in a garage); cars broken into more than once; lazy management- refuse to solve problems; receive a newsletter every month which ------- about everything the residents do; poor security; dumpsters are always full and in bad locations; poorly built garages (incomplete wall dividing garages-open at top- open for theft); new owners overpriced the rent; poorly constructed AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
