Well reading the reviews below show not much has changed.

I moved into an apartment that was a mess.

I couldn't believe they cleaned my carpets the same day I moved in.

Which meant it was wet! I had a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom from the time I moved in through a month.

They did a 1/2 job on fixing that.

I had a huge stain on the wall of the kitchen which it appears they never painted the apt at all.

Nail holes in the wall that were never filled.

The noise for a year was awful.

The guy above me had parties until 4-5am and continued to complain the security they were using at the time never showed up.

The complex has no privacy because the fence between the complex and the bar is broken.

We have parking issues on the weekends because the bar parking uses our parking.

We have no way of keeping trailer park trash out that comes from the bar.

It would be a great investment if they where to fence the complex off so we can have more privacy.

Our trash containers are always full because people who dont live there always dump in our area because its closest to the street.

We usually have trash around the complex.

The do not have signs regarding speeds except the entrance to the office.

People speed through the parking lot and have no common sense.

Residents are not required to pick up after their pets.

Laundry facilities are constantly dirty.

They dont sweep or wipe down the washers.

If you lose money they do not refund it you have to call the place vends out the machine to get a refund.

Also if you find a problem with any of the equipment YOU have to call the VENDOR to fix it.

When you call you get a message to leave a message.

I reported a washer leaking...about a month ago and its still leaking.

When I moved into my apartment it was not clean the bath tub looked like it had dirt stains on it.

I asked why it wasnt clean.

The mgr said they cleaned it its the type of tub that doesnt look clean but its clean!! I drove my --- to Walmart picked up some TILEX and guess what'' It cleaned up just fine.

They honestly dont take any of our complaints into consideration.

Its $$$$ always on their mind.

This summer they had to close the pool for a while because people vandelized it.

The other day I looked across my parking lot at a different building and a car was driving on the courtyard with guys yelling partying and laughing.

Peeling out through the grass.

I felt sorry for the people who lived in that area.

Over all you need to understand Case & Associates (management/owners)are aware of these issues and they dont do a darn thing about it.

I yet to see improvements and when my lease is up in December and you can count on me moving out! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.
