Don't Know Why People Didn't Like It.

I like the place just fine, although I would discourage an apartment anywhere near a high school playing field (the Marching Band wakes you up during the fall with their practicing).

I have one person in the complex who thinks it's okay to park her car in two spaces instead of just one, but you'll find people like that anywhere.

I enjoy my deck when it rains, and the fact that my hot water heater is so close to the bathroom (less water wasted trying to get hot water in the shower).

Parking isn't bad at all, and I do not feel unsafe here.

When the maintenance crew comes through to do their required checks of furnace/water heaters, they leave my place untouched, and I haven't ever noticed anything missing.

Occasional security patrol is a nice touch.
