They have this one tenant who owns a roofing company.
After hours, you ll have seven construction trucks and a dumpster trailer parked by your nice car.
Every morning, anywhere from thirty to fifty workers gather by the trucks whistling at every female in the building.
They don t care, simply because they don t live here, they come from the east side of town.
If it rains they take the day off and stay hanging out by the tennis courts, the pool and etcetera.
keep your cars and doors locked
Have we complained' Of course.
Nothing done.
If you have any doubts, just drive by the tennis courts after hours, or early in the morning (usually 730 am).
You ll see what I m talking about.
