Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I moved to Battin about two years ago when they were taken care of and maintenance actually got done in a timely manner. Then the owner and management changed and it has been down hill from there. I recently moved from there because I had raw sewage coming through the tub drain in my bathroom and after reporting it to the office 14 times, without any response, I had to move for fear of health issues. I would not recommend Battin to anyone, even my very worst enemy!
