i have lived on this property for almost two years now and i love it. the office staff has always been very helpful to me and when i have recommend friends to them for an apartment, they are extremely helpful. i have read many of the comments left by other tenants and i am very disappointed. just from what they type, i know who most of them are. if you are reading this and considering living here, please do so. the ones who are complaining on here are the same ones who complain to others about having to pay rent and follow the property rules. as a tenant, i know that i have signed an agreement, a business contract, that states i UNDERSTAND and WILL FOLLOW the guidelines. bottom line, the property is part of a business. it is not a business' job to let you break the rules and still expect to get away with it month after month. the apartments are nice, the staff is wonderful, and the maintenance is great. no complaints from this tenant, and i will continue to live here for as long as possible!

LOL! Good job office staff for posting this review. Are you really that desperate that you have to buff your own score. Obviously because you put the only 2 things you control at all fives, maintenance and office staff. Seriously, like the rest of these posts say, do something about yourself issues.

You seriously crack me up. The fact is, this is a website where I can say whatever I want, whenever I want. You can complain all you want about the staff and everything else, but the fact still remains that you have pretty much admitted to strolling on here, nit-picking everyone's comments. I love the complex where I live. If you don't, that's fine. But I have just as much right as you to give the people who run my complex a GOOD rating just as much as you can do whatever you wish. And trust me, I didn't use double positives, just adjectives to enhance the noun. Capitalization is more of a punctuation error than grammatical, but hey, I'm not judging. :) The swearing is just from the fact that swearing can be so much fun, don't you think? I could care less about any sort of grade that you give me because no matter what, you're right, it is the internet. Oh, and one more thing. Thank you so much for still believing that I Am one of the office staff, I am really flattered! If you have a genuine complaint about the property I would totally understand, but all you seem to be doing is holding grudges against all of them for personal reasons. Give me a good, non-biased reason why you hate this property and I will rest my case... maybe. :) P.S. Don't you just LOVE my capitalization?!

LOL, dear lord. Okay grammar ----, lets talk about grammar. Do not forget to capitalize the first work of a sentence. Grown Adult? Tall Giant? Wet Water? There are double positives. Not just double negatives. "and use proper grammar," ??????????? What??? Since when do. sentences start with and???? Oh and don't forget to capitalize those i's when you refer to yourself."maybe since i am NOT a staff member, am not an ass, and pay my rent ON TIME, you should back off." I would have taken out the am not and ass and put nor am i an ass. As well as, I never called you an ass. Using foul language is a sign of ignorance and lack of vocabulary. Do note i did not use correct grammar, why? because it does not mater on the internet. you winning this e-fight is like the special olympics, sorry your still retarded. You pulled the grammar card, so i had to grade your paper. I'll give you a D , C's are for those who don't buff their own businesses scores.
