I moved in as a single parent- in the course of my stay I have had two people shot in my front yard, someone left a bomb in front of one of the bulidings that the bomb squad had to detonate, and I was not to happy here- I never had a parking spot and the apartment was not at all worth the rent price.

I remember the gang shooting that happened there. and the staff acted like it was an everyday thing, and that we should protect ourselves better? If Claremont didn't allow these outrageous parties, where apts would be filled with riff raff. there wouldnt be so many break in's and trouble. I went to the pool one day, and started talking to a group of guys who were drinking by the pool, I saw them up there multiple times, playing volleyball & working out in the work out room, even late night. Well one day I happened to spark conversation with them, they did not even live at claremont, they were just their trolling for babes as they put it. Even though these guys were nice, this is an example of most of the people at claremont do not even live on the site. Not to mention the guy who smokes crack by the trash cans. Or the huge amount of dog crap that will be left on your walkway, patio, and grass. Who dont even live in Claremont. It's people from neighboring houses who walk there dog and use claremont as their dogs personal toilet. I complained to claremont and was told to pick it up if it bothered me so much. Eww I dont even have dogs myself, why would i pick up after someone elses dogs?
