-oh yeah and dont let me forget that my car was broken into twice messed up my window and stole my cd player.
-if you have a dog MAKE sure they are on flea medicine, the flea's are horrible.
-very drafty windows
-if you call to have something fixed, you had better everyday until fixed other wise it wont be.
-the AC freezes up all the time during the summer.
- our "patio" was constanly cover with water if we got the slightest amount of rain.
-we were told that we werent alould to smoke by our doorways out side and to smoke on out patio. which was always flooded.
-if you like to live with mice then move there forsure. it got so bad i had to call the health dept. and the problem STILL wasnt taken care of.
-if you tell the office you are not signing another lease, they turn completey rude.
-if you live on the bottom and you are a light sleeper you will have issues with your upstairs neightbors

pros
- cheap rent
-allow pets
-pools nice, if it is clean..
-at the landry mat it is nice to use a card vs coins
-work out has some nice machines

The fitness center is a joke. Don't have a problem with mice yet, but I'll keep my fingers crossed. No insulation whatsoever on sliding glass doors or front door and maintenance can't insulate worth ----. And walls are paper thin. I have a lot of noise problems with upstairs neighbors and stairs also. As for staff, usually nice, but don't dress appropriately unless cleavage shirts are appropriate. I'm offended as a female. Even my fiance thought it was tasteless, and not just because I thought so. Oh, and I've been robbed from giving someone a ride, which I admit was stupid on my part, but the person approached me in this parking lot, seemed nice enough, and I was wrong. So beware of others. I would recommend driving to check the mail and to do laundry unless already close. There are some weird people that walk around here. Will not sign another lease.

I had the rat problem, I had to move all my furniture around to recover 6 dead rats all through the apartment. Not a disgusting person myself, they came from a huge possum size hold in the closet. They fool you from the get. The complex looks very nice on the outside, the staff *all females* who i agree with dress a lil non work appropriate are very nice. But don't let that fool you, it's all a sham. They are devils in prada. or in their case devils in JC Pennies. IF you have a problem with the complex, they will politely tell you to go bend over with a smile on their face if you have any kind of issue.
