I have lived at Claremont apartments for right at 2 years now and this is my take.
If you need somthing fixed they fix it promptly, however there was a shooting here about a year ago and 2 people were killed right by building 13 and although that was scary the staff at claremont put a letter on everyones door saying that safety was our own problem, not claremonts.
It was very cold and uncaring.
They do not seem to care about reporting noise complaints.
I have called the office and the security company that monitors after hours about 10 times over the past couple years and nothing is ever done.
The grounds are very clean and the people that take care of it seem to care.
I know that an apartment is an apratment and you have to deal with a certain level of "junk" but I think that for the same money you can be cared about a little more elsewhere and have a touch better neighbors.

They will raise the rent on you every month until you can't take it anymore, not like 5 dollar raises or anything like 30 dollars and thats if you sign a year lease , if you want six months they will raise it like 50 dollars. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the maintenance men are genuinely kind, and helpful. Unfortunately that's not enough of a reason to stay somewhere as janky as claremont.
