Great value and nice place

I signed a six month lease and have had a great experience. I have had no bugs, fleas or rats!! It is fairly quiet, "come on people" it is a college town and cheap rent is where kids live. The complex is clean and well maintained-a great value for the price. I am going over to 37th and Rock Rd to be close4 to work but would be glad to move back if ever I wanted to be back on the South-East side of the city.
