I lived at Claremont 2.5 years.
I have never had any problems with rats, fleas, or brown recluse's...the occasional tiny spider but you will get that anywhere.
Everytime I have a maintenance issue they are here within 5-10 mins and the ones I have had were very nice and respectful.
The office staff is always nice and helpful as well.
I was lucky and went 2 years without any partiers near but sadly a couple months ago a young guy moved in under my apt.
He has alot of loud parties, including some on Tuesday's until 5 in the morning! Everytime he comes home you know it by the sound of his loud music blaring w/ bass.
I mean I am 22 and work Mon-Fri 8-5...I can understand the occasional party on the weekend but on the weekdays until the early morning hrs...c'mon.
He was gone before 6 months though so I am guessing the office took care of him thank god! Other than the rude neighbor I have been very satisfied with these apartments.
I know Claremont can't control much about the rude neighbors, you just get lucky or don't...rude neighbors will be at any apartment complex, just hope they aren't near you.
I hear horror stories from all my friends about their apartments in Wichita and I am very thankful I don't have them.
