OK place, but problems are not fixed quickly.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The place is nice, and the management was helpful before we moved in. However, they tried to delay our move-in date because apartment was not ready. Counters needed to be replaced - 4 months later they still have not been replaced. Other maintenance problems have not been handled quickly, sometimes it would take 2 weeks.
It is a quiet place and have not heard neighbors or had any other complaints about the place. Even though we are right next to K-96, you can not hear it inside. The place is very quiet.
