I have lived here for just about a year and in that time my car has been vandalized twice! The horrible thing is, the management knew who the vandal was and made them move out but not before this person vandalized over 50 cars. All who were victims called to report it but management did nothing for months until we all started screaming "lawyer". They never helped out with any deductibles, did not add more security,or protect us as residents in any way. We pay more for security gates that are never closed! Why pay an extra 25.00 deposit for a gate clicker when its always broken' The parking is horrendous. I was told it was a quiet, professional community, but what I got was party central with fights and no parking at all. If we are lucky enough to get a good spot near our building, we don't go out or move the cars unless we plan on parking on the other side of the complex when we return. The dumpsters are always overflowing with stinking garbage and there is dog droppings everywhere so don't walk on the grass. Let's face it, the office personnel may look like fashinable Barbie dolls but they have no professional skills at all. The manager treats everyone like they are beneath her and she doesn't have the time to even acknowledge a resident or any problem one might have. All in all, this is more like a college dorm run by the "Juggies" than the professional "community" I was sold on in the beginning. The old bait and switch'
