My husband and i just moved into the Crown Chase apartments.

Initially we were taken back by the look and design of the apartments.

We've now been living there for the past 4 months.

I can't tell you were definitely misled.

First of all, the gates never work, there always seems to be something wrong with them! Defeats the purpose of having them there in the first place.

Secondly, there's the issue of noisy neighbours, that we've brought up with the Management, who chose not to do anything about! And finally there's even been an attempted suicide!

And of course there are other issues of our friendly neighbours with no sense to pick up after their dogs! And no parking spaces! Maybe the Management should seriously take into consideration of removing some of the unused garages to provide more parking spots!

As for the Management, well i think they need to better manage the complex and tenants to follow rules that they've placed rather than bending those rules!

Disgruntled!
