I have lived here since Nov 2003 after moving from California and I am not impressed. The insulation is horrable, leaving me with drafts and high heating bills. On top of having to pay high rent, they also expect you to pay for water and garbage. My kitchen floor looks as though a slasher took a knife to it. The brolier drawer has been off it's track since day one (although I've asked for them to fix it many times). My 2nd bathroom toliet has overflowed on 4 different occasions although the master bath never has. And the dogs - I have one upstairs that sounds like an elephant and I have two yipee dogs that bark constantly next door. There is not enough adequate parking and they should have assigned parking spots. The security gates haven't worked once since I've been here which defeats the purpose of security. And finally the living room layout is the worst. You can only put your furniture one way really. I would move but am locked into a year lease, which would cost me more money to get out of. After being here some time now, I know there are better places with the same amenties for less. Do your homework before signing on the dotted line and look at every place first. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
