Maintenance is slow and inadequate. Generally takes them a few times to get it right. Parking is ATROCIOUS. I've never really had problems with noisy neighbors, but the place is not built very well. I must agree that the insulation is horrible. Overall, it looks nice on the outside but I wasn't impressed.
