This was by far the most horrible experiences in renting I have ever been subjected to. Firstly, they do not tell you that your deposit is at least one half NON REFUNDABLE!!! Moreover, they charged me $300 for pet deposit in which one half was non refundable again that wasn't mentioned! On top of that, I was told that my pet could not stay because of it's barking. The list goes on. My vehicle was vandalized numerioius times. Maintenance could not fix my airconditioner during the heat of summer. If you find yourself ever in a bind and can't pay rent for a couple extra days, expect your locks to be changed without notice!!! Don't move into this nightmare!!

Pay your rent and read your lease next time!!! I had to pay my pet deposit...and we did not have to pay pet rent...and it is illegal to change locks in Kansas unless you are evicted..Trust me, I am an attorney.

i'm moving in to these apartments in aug...they told me about the non-refundable parts of the deposit and pet deposit..its like that in every apartment.....and you should know that rent comes every month so you should have that money set aside...you need to learn to budget better
