This place took it upon themselves to raise my rent 11% without warning under the excuse that they are competing with the market. This is the second time in a year they have raised my rent. I don't know what market they are refering to but it isn't a similar complex in Wichita!!! Add to that there seems to be NO recorse for the tennants that have dogs that poop all over the area and the fact that parking is limited do to the roofing construction equipment for the last three months. Seriously, you cannot walk anywhere without messing up your shoes!!!! Furthermore there is a known child molester that resides here!!! If you have children don't even consider this place.
