They say these apartments are "Luxury Apartments"....but really they are NOT. When I moved into my apartment, the bath tub was sunken in with horrible rust stains. When I informed the management about this, they did NOTHING. Also, there were a lot of damages to the apartment such as carpet stains, blinds that did not work, tiles that come off when walked on, etc. Also, my bedroom is on the corner of the apartment and the insulation is horrible. My room is extremely hot in the summer, and freezing in the winter...it doesn't matter if I have the a/c or heat on.
The lake is nice, however with the geese feces everywhere a jog becomes an obstacle course. The parking is horrible and the streets throughout the apartments make it nearly impossible to drive more than one car at a time.
